Amidst uncertainty, deep grief, and injustice let plants be your allies in nurturing resilience, healing, and a world not yet born.

What role do plants play in collective liberation and birthing a new world in the ashes of the old? How can plants hold you and help replenish your nervous systems?

In a world fraught with uncertainty and unprecedented challenges, the toll on our nervous systems can be profound. Fighting for a world not yet born takes a great well of strength, and the plants are here to support in nourishing you and your community.

Now more than ever we need the power of plants.

Are ya’all tired? Scared? Heartbroken? Us too.

Having more nightmares? Poor sleep? Low Energy? Brain Fog? Us too.

Luckily, the plants are here to hold our hearts and fortify our spirits.

Join us for an illuminating journey into the intersection of herbal nervous system support and collective liberation, "Nervous System Support for the End of the World."

In this three hour class, we'll delve into three main components

The nervous system as a whole: Exploring concepts such as adrenal fatigue, the vagus nerve theory, and the fight-flight-freeze response, we'll uncover the physiological and psychological impacts of stress on our bodies. Through understanding the gut-mind connection and its implications for our overall health, we'll illuminate the profound influence of stress on our immune system, inflammation levels, and beyond.

Herbal Allies: While this course serves as an introduction to herbal education rather than clinical advice, we'll equip you with a foundational understanding of basic herbal actions, from adaptogens to nervine sedatives. As we explore the therapeutic properties of herbal allies such as nettles, tulsi, and California poppy, you'll discover their potential to support resilience and promote well-being amidst adversity. A large feature of the class will be on the powerful medicine of flower essences.

Herbal Protocols: Through tea recipes, flower essence blends, and practical protocols, you'll gain tangible tools for nourishing you and your community in order to rekindle hope for a world not yet born. Join us as we embark on a journey of healing, empowerment, and collective transformation.

This class is for beginners and seasoned herbalists alike. If it feels like a call, please join us on April 17th at 5:30pm-8:30pm CST, 6:30pm-9:30pm EST, or sign up to receive the recording, to commune with the plants and each other.
